Push back from your tasks of the day and take 30 minutes out for you.
A peaceful gudied meditation to embark on a tranquil voyage of self discovery and inner peace
The aim is to transport you to a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness and to support you in you self care and wellbeing practice
As you settle into a comfortable seated or lying position at home or in your office setting, let go of the stresses and tensions of the outside world. Begin by focusing on your breath, allowing its gentle rhythm to anchor you to the present moment. With each inhale and exhale, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centred.
Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers you a welcoming safe space to explore how to meditate and give yourself time for self care and support your wellbeing. Join me on this journey to inner peace.
Session Teams link will be sent after booking and on the day of the meditation
£4 for One Session/ £15 per block of 4 sessions/ £35 per block of 10 sessions booked - Sessions must be used within a three month period from date of booking
