Journaling can be a powerful tool for mental clarity, emotional healing, and personal growth, enhancing both your inner world and external achievements. Establishing a journaling practice creates a sense of daily accomplishment, promoting productivity and a positive mindset. Journaling encourages mindfulness by focusing on the here and now, helping to anchor your thoughts and prevent distractions. Writing freely without judgment can unlock creative ideas and innovations by encouraging an open flow of thoughts. As a reflective practice, this can help you approach challenges from different angles, leading to more creative solutions.
Using the Journaling prompt questions from my latest book, Thoughts from the Hills, we will journal together once a month across the year, increasing self-awareness, encouraging personal growth and enjoying a beautiful sharing experience. I will start the session by reading an extract from the book for that month and we will finish with a short 5/10 minute meditation
